1 ENGINEERING, DESIGN, SIMULATION

We design our lines from the ground up

Our in-house engineers will design the complete layout of your fully automated or semi-automated forging line. Taking into account your production process, defined spatial layout and other criteria, they will create a 3D simulation and individual operating scenarios. At the end of this phase, you have a stable production process modeled with which you can meet the challenges of Industry 4.0.

2 SECURING MACHINES FOR THE LINE

We know every part of the line

All the main forging machines and other necessary equipment you will find in your line come from us. They are either machines that have been completely overhauled and modernized by us or brand new machines that we have manufactured in our workshops. This puts us in complete control of meeting your requirements.

3 AUTOMATION AND ADDING ROBOTS

Data and robots

Automation is most often achieved by industrial robots in combination with conveyors and other mechanisms. Continuous data collection from the entire line and on-line diagnostics allows you to continuously evaluate and optimize the production process.

4 LOGISTICS, ASSEMBLY, TEST

We transport and assemble all our products

We can transport machines across several continents. We have already delivered a 4,000-ton forging press to India or forging rolls to Mexico. The delivery is always accompanied by an experienced team of technicians who dismantle the original equipment and carry out an expert installation of the new line. They will also perform a test run and fully integrate the line into your internal information systems.
