We teach old machines new tricks

A team of experienced engineers from our design office will evaluate your requirements and select the appropriate type of machine. Then, under their supervision, the structural components will be remeasured, analyzed and tested for cracks. Using modern design tools, they will then create a 3D model and schematics of the modernized machine.

2 COMPLETE OVERHAULING

Mechanics in the hands of a mechanic

There is no need to scrap used machines and laboriously build new ones instead. Just take good care of them and they will serve you just as well as new ones. Therefore, we always completely disassemble the original machine and all the parts pass through the hands of our experienced mechanics. We will replace unrepairable parts with new ones, which we either manufacture ourselves or purchase from reputable manufacturers.

3 MODERNIZATION AND UPGRADE

We install the latest technologies

The overhauling is followed by a complete replacement and modernisation of the machine infrastructure. The control system is based on the latest Siemens S7-1500 architecture with ProfiNET communication. For drive, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication and everything else, we use only the highest quality components from renowned manufacturers. The machines are fully ready to be integrated into automated lines if required.

4 LOGISTICS, ASSEMBLY, TEST

We transport even the largest components to you

We routinely handle complex logistics operations involving multimodal transport across several continents. We have already delivered a 4,000-ton forging press by ship to India, a 100 ton anvil by train to Italy or a replacement connecting rod by express air to the USA. The delivery is always accompanied by an experienced team of technicians who dismantle the original equipment and expertly install the new machinery. They will also provide test runs and training for your staff.

5 HANDOVER AND SERVICE

All machines after complete overhauling have CE certificate of conformity and the geometric accuracy of the presses is in accordance with the current standards and corresponds to the new machines. At the same time, you can count on the delivery of all necessary documentation, a minimum one-year warranty on all new parts and works, extensive after-sales support, on-site repairs and reliable spare parts supply.
